Jennifer Bills is a union representative at Orchid Law.

Ms. Bills brings nearly 20 years of experience with employee advocacy and labor unions. Throughout her career, she has represented public-sector employees across administration, management, healthcare, and education.

After earning her master’s degree, Ms. Bills began her career in university teaching, where her commitment to education evolved into a passion for collective bargaining and workplace justice. 

She's since negotiated dozens of labor contracts and represented employees in numerous arbitrations. Ms. Bills believes in active advocacy—educating employees about their rights, developing effective campaign strategies, and building community coalitions that create meaningful change.
