Shiva Moozoun is Of Counsel at Orchid Law.

Shiva Moozoun brings over 15 years of tax, accounting, and legal experience to her clients. Ms. Moozoun is a Certified Tax Planner and is licensed to practice law in California, Texas, and New York. She is also a member of the American Bar Association.

Prior to practicing law, Ms. Moozoun worked with various CPA firms, providing tax compliance services and representing individuals and businesses before the IRS and state tax agencies. Ms. Moozoun has also served as an Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University in San Francisco, where she taught accounting and taxation.

Ms. Moozoun’s practice also focuses on estate planning.

Ms. Moozoun’s academic background includes a B.S. in Accounting and a B.A. in Chemistry/Biology, followed by her legal education.
